OGM File Instructions:
  Both audio tracks, and subtitles are all muxed into the video, 
  and you are able to switch the audio and sub tracks on the fly in any
  directshow capable player (wmp, bsplayer).  To be able to play these, go to
  http://tobias.everwicked.com/ and download the oggds filter and the OGG 
  subtitle filter.  If you are running windows 98 or plan on using wmp 7 or 8, 
  then yopu will want to download and install vobsub 2.13+ instead of the OGG 
  subtitle filter.  Install then, and that should be all thats necessary.

  Lastly, to switch tracks with the OGG subtitler, use the Languages menu.  To
  switch tracks with VObSUb, right-click the greenish arrow in your system tray.

Encoding Notes:
  All of the episodes were encoded with divx5, in virtual dub, using decomb as 
  ivtc, and with a temporal smoother of 3, and a warpsharp of 50.  Audio was 
  done in headac3he.

  The animation style changed slightly at dvd 7, so you may notice a slight 
  difference in the quality between eps 1-19 and 20-26.
