OGM File Instructions:
  Both audio tracks, and subtitles are all muxed into the video, 
  and you are able to switch the audio and sub tracks on the fly in wmp 6.4 
  (7 and 8 soon to be supported).  To be able to play these, go to
  http://tobias.everwicked.com/ and download the oggds filters as well as 
  the subtitle filters, and install them.  That should be all thats necessary.
  At the time of release, this method is only known to be fully supported by 
  wmp 6.4, but as most people use it anyways, and the fact that it is under 
  active development to become more universally supported, we felt that wasn't 
  much of a problem.  Windows Media Player 6.4 can be downloaded from the MS 
  site and installed parallel to any other version of Media Player.  Lastly, 
  to switch tracks, use the Languages menu.

Encoding Notes:
  All of the episodes were encoded with divx5, in virtual dub, using decomb as 
  ivtc, and with a temporal smoother of 3, and a warpsharp of 50.  Audio was 
  done in headac3he.
